2013 Flu

Jon has been sick since Saturday evening (96 hours now!) after Alexa's party in Nuevo. He came down with chills and body aches on the way home and has been flat on his back since. He did perk up Monday, fortunately, just in time to help move the furniture out of the house, helping the carpet layers get in and out as fast as possible. 

Jack got sick Sunday evening with his typical cold and cough. He now has a fever and is resting a lot. 

The carpet came in Monday morning and has made an enormous difference in the back (TV) room. It is calm, quiet and actually peaceful! It is no more the worst room in the house. The curtains are great and the horribly ugly and uncomfortable olive-brown couch that was supposed to be brown is not so ugly. Unfortunately the carpet has to be replaced because the 2 foot strip to complete the rooms' width was a different dye lot and it is very noticeable.

I just checked Maggie's temperature and she is running at 99.5 and I am at 99.1.

Guess I'd better get a few things done before it hits me hard!
